We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume pieces and ensure they create the magical transformation you envisioned.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Item must be in resalable condition

- Stockings, Tights & Socks: Due to intimate nature and hygiene reasons
- Jewelry & Boas: Items that have been worn or removed from original packaging
- Custom or Special Order Items: Made specifically for your transformation needs
- TV & Movie Items: That have been used in performances or events
- Items without original tags or packaging

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship to our magical headquarters:

Refund Method
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- We cannot accept returns shipped to addresses other than our Newcastle headquarters
